If you use our services, we will need to collect personal data to fulfil our services. This data may include your date of birth, health details and information about motoring convictions and non-motoring convictions. By the very nature of how insurance works, you data will be shared with a number of third parties - for example insurance companies, wholesale brokers, loss adjusters and loss assessors and law enforcement agencies.

We only retain your data for as long as necessary to fulfil our services or longer if required by law. If we retain your data for historical reasons, we will ensure your data cannot be used for any other purposes. We restrict, secure and control all your data against unauthorised access, damage, loss or destruction, whether physical or electronic.
